Styling with Isabel Marant , cap toe shoes, and Jil Sander

I’m absolutely loving the cap toe look and Bettye Muller has not disappointed in her gold cap toe patent leather loafers!

I paired the sophisticated loafers with an Isabel Marant goldish yellowish sweater and a pair of black Jil Sander tailored trousers. The loafers are available for sale ,if interested contact me.

Year round sandals? Why not?!

Who doesn’t like a good way to still look good and keep a little money in our pockets? Just think about it , some of us shop in consignment shops thrift stores and clearance racks to stay stylish but not out on your bum broke because of it.

Well if this describes you, then i will share my thoughts with you on winter sandals! The thought of it is just exciting right? now this doesn’t mean break out your thong sandals in the winter and freeze your poor little manicured toes in the cold while you rock your new fur coat, that’s not what I’m suggesting here , but rather take a look at these and let me know what you thinkImage

absolutely Gorgeous and ingenious idea!

Image It may be old news for some but new for others, just saying.

Sunglasses a Chinese invention?

imageimageimageimageimage

So as I understand it sunglasses were originally only worn by the rich, they originated in ancient china and were introduced to the west by the Chinese .
The first sunglasses were actually a crude slab of smoked quartz.
The people back then used to wear them to protect their eyes from the sun as well as hide their feelings (what a clever idea!)
Now there used to protect ones eyes from the sun and ones black eye!

The shades we have grown to love were first worn in the 1920’s and 1930’s by the Hollywood stars sporting them.

The shades grew in popularity in the 1960’s and 1970’s where sunglasses sales soared
Now thanks to the Chinese for this wonderful fashionable accessory slash nesessity , along with thousands of companies from expensive to inexpensive producing them everyone and their mom can decorate or just simply protect their eyes.
